Kate has been behind the chair since 2000, trained in Paul Mitchell's culture in Worcester, Massachusetts, then sharpened her men's grooming skills in her aunt's Florida barbershop. A mother of five boys, she uses her salon to give back to the community — and to beautify the world one head at a time.
